Coquihalla Canyon Provincial Park

The Coquihalla Canyon Provincial Park is home to an engineering marvel, The Othello Tunnels. A straight line of railway tunnels were built through the solid granite cliffs of the Coquihalla Gorge in the early 20th century, the route was closed in 1959. Enjoy walking along the abandoned tunnels and bridges. Features: Campground, picnic tables, fishing, hiking, and cycling.

Eaton Lake Trail

Eaton Trail is one of the most popular hikes near Hope and exhibits some challenges with the steep climb. If you find that the steep hike is too exhaustive, there is a waterfall lookout which is a nice alternative destination. For more information visit Hopebc.ca

Flood Falls Trail

The easy hike to Flood Falls is especially enjoyable in the spring when the waterfall is a torrent of water crashing down the mountainside into a pool below. Though it’s rare, keep in mind that Flood Falls occasionally dries up during the dryer parts of the summer, but typically the falls is active year round. The falls are located just off of Highway 1.
