OPERATIONS MANAGER
Steve is a long time resident of Sunshine Valley and a key figure within our community. As former Deputy Chief of SVVFD, Steve is our head of Security & emergency contact for SVDL. He supervises trades, monitors the Lake & waterways, roads & trails and our go-to guy for all things ATV related.
CLIENT RELATIONS CONSULTANT
Lee has over 24 years of management experience in the Travel & Tourism industry and has been an integral part of the team since the launch of Phase One. Lee is our lead Client Relations & Tours Manager and consistently demonstrates strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS AND CORPORATE LIAISON
Juanita leverages 40+ years of Sales, Admin, and Management expertise at Sunshine Valley Developments Ltd. As Corporate Liaison, she ensures seamless client-team connections for building needs and information. She manages various projects, events, and the distribution of welcome packages and keys to new owners. Her priority remains exceptional client care through top-notch after-sales service and information provision.

With close to 30 years experience in the Advertising & Marketing world, JoAnne possesses an inherent ability to understand the unique needs of each Branding & Marketing project and is able to assemble the right team for the job. As an Honours Visual Arts Alumni of the University of Western Ontario and of UBC Sauder School of Business, JoAnne continues to deepen her knowledge and skills in business, leadership and creative programs.
As someone who has travelled to 36 countries and worked across the globe, Sunshine Valley is unique and holds a special place in JoAnne's heart.

Pete Ryznar is owner of Ryznar Media Inc. Sunshine Valley Development Ltd's Advertising and Marketing Agency. Pete knows and loves the Valley which gives him that authentic and innovative perspective to direct his team when working with our Real Estate Development experts.

Jamie has been a valued member of the SVDL team since November 2021. Jamie has a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design, and has an artistic eye for Interior design. If you have stayed at the Sunshine Valley Inn, then you would have seen how Jamie can put together an interior. Jamie has also been involved in our 2022 events and Blog writing.

Brady is a top notch dynamic Designer that has decades in the Industry. Brady is owner of Central Branch -Creative Intelligence Agency and does contract design work for Sunshine Valley Developments Ltd. Brady is author of the book,

Chief Chris Terry heads up the Sunshine Valley Volunteer Fire Department
Chris runs the department to exacting standards and has had numerous honourable mentions and awards for his work. Chris also leads the department in numerous community events through out the year which makes the fire department a vibrant heart of the community.
UTILITIES & SKATING RINK CURATOR
John Coburn is an outstanding member of the community that is a that one in a million kind of soul. He is a resident of Sunshine Valley and always found around the Valley doing work that makes the valley the special place it is. John is best known for his tireless and dedicated work on the outdoor skating rinks.
FOUNDER & CURATOR OF TASHME MUSEUM
Ryan has lived in the Valley with his family for almost three decades, and in addition to owning the Sasquach Sign Co and creating our Sunshine Valley Logo he has created a beautiful award winning Tashme Historical Project to pay tribute to the Japanese Canadians that were were interred 1942-1946. The Museum has received much attention and accoladed for the excellent job it does in taking one through what life was like during that period of time. www.tashme.ca
