If you’ve ever run into David in the valley, it’s likely that he was hard at work fixing a path, introducing a family to their new home, or dreaming up the next project to enhance the recreational elements of Sunshine Valley. David is a dreamer and a doer with a passion for the outdoors, and with that, comes a can-do attitude for just about anything.
With David’s passion to set the Sunshine Valley community up for success and encourage residents to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, he continues to commit in every way that he can.
To date, David has helped build the fire hall and the children’s playground for the Sunshine Valley Community Cooperative Club (SCCC), rebuild the ice rink, and the list goes on.
Next on his list is to continue improving access to the lake, neighbourhood swimming holes, and localized water features for greater recreational use as well as improve trails for both nature walkers and motorized ATVs/snowmobiles.
