Rich in proud mountains, winding rivers, calm lakes, and a cocktail of conifer trees including Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Spruce trees, Sunshine Valley is where health and well-being happen, effortlessly.
Walking, biking, dirt biking, and ATV trails are abundant in this outdoor playground that we call the valley. You’ll find walking and ATV trails along the Summalo river and if you stick it out long enough, you’ll be rewarded with the beautiful intercept to the Skagit River, famous for Rainbow Trout and Bull Trout (some of which reach 3 feet in length!).
We will also be virtually partnering with some specially selected health and wellness gurus. We have Yoga, Nutrition Coaching, Counselling Services and meditation sessional all coming soon.
Travel 35 minutes west to an oasis known as Bridal Veil Falls or 30 minutes east to Manning Park where you can hike, canoe, and horseback ride. No matter where you end up, you’ll find lush, vibrant ecosystems bustling with life. Take a mental picture and a few deep breathes.
If working out inside is more your thing, you can take advantage of the Sunshine Valley Community Cooperative Club (SCCC) at $30/month per family which includes basic exercise equipment, an outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, baseball field, two tennis courts, and a playground. For a full gym with a larger variety of equipment, check out the indoor gym at Holiday Trails RV Resort.
You can visit trailforks.com for an extensive database of hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking, snowmobiling, and ATV trails.
