Spring 2023 Update.

We are providing a quick update on our development to keep you in the loop. We

appreciate your interest in Sunshine Valley and are thrilled to share that one of our

sub-divisions has completely sold out, thanks to the overwhelming response from

people like you.


Sunshine Valley is just 15 minutes past Hope on Highway 3, a short journey from

Vancouver. Whether you're looking to build a permanent home, a recreational

getaway for personal use, or an Airbnb investment property, Sunshine Valley is the

ideal location.


You’ve shown interest in the past, so we’d like to revisit the conversation.


We currently have 18 quarter-acre lots available in the Sunshine Valley Estates

Subdivision. These lots are fully equipped with water, power, and high-speed fibre

optic internet to the lot line. A fully engineered septic field and tank will be

installed during the excavation stage once a building permit has been issued. Each

lot will also have a cleared and levelled 12-foot-wide driveway 25 feet into the

building area in addition to a cleared and levelled building area. These lots range

from $210,500 to $259,700 plus GST.


We also have three partially serviced lots in the Lake Mountain View

Subdivision, each over 6000 square feet, with prices ranging from $149,900 to

$169,900 plus GST.

RBC offers regular mortgage financing once a home or cabin is built on a property

with a regular foundation.
